Shipping Guide
For Sellers
Pack Carefully
Use the original case whenever possible. Double-box large instruments. Use bubble wrap, foam padding, and packing peanuts to prevent movement during transit.
Ship With Tracking
Always use a tracked shipping service (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). Add tracking information to your account so both buyer and admin can monitor delivery.
Insure Valuable Items
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over $500. This protects both you and the buyer in case of damage during transit.
Ship Promptly
Ship within 3 business days of the sale. Delays can result in buyer frustration and potential cancellation.
For Buyers
Track Your Shipment
Once the seller ships, tracking information will appear in your account. Monitor delivery status through your carrier's website.
Inspect Upon Delivery
Carefully inspect the instrument when it arrives. Check that it matches the listing description, photos, and stated condition.
72-Hour Review Window
You have 72 hours after delivery to report any issues. If the instrument doesn't match the listing, contact us immediately.
