How to File a Claim

Within the 72-hour inspection window, go to your order and select "Report a Problem."

Provide Evidence
Upload photos showing the issue and describe how the item differs from the listing.

We Review
Our team reviews your claim against the original listing. We may contact both buyer and seller for additional information.

Resolution
If the claim is valid, we process a full refund. The seller covers return shipping.

Buyer's remorse (you simply changed your mind)
Issues reported after the 72-hour inspection window
Damage caused by the buyer after receiving the item
