The commitment
First response within 24 clock hours.
The clock starts when a listing enters specialist review. A response can approve the submitted evidence, request exact corrections, or reject the listing. Approval still does not make inventory public: every publication gate and external Shopify step must succeed separately.
The cycle begins
A complete, strongly protected seller submission becomes private review inventory. Draft work has no review clock because it has not entered the queue.
Evidence, not appraisal
The specialist checks identity fields, condition disclosure, required photographs, delivery promises, seller readiness, and known stolen-serial risk.
One exact outcome
The first response is approval, structured corrections, or rejection. It is not a guarantee of authenticity, legal title, value, function, possession, or future condition.
Measured service evidence
No sample, no score.
These figures use the immutable review-cycle ledger from the last 90 days. Cancelled seller submissions are not counted as specialist responses. We publish a rate and median only after 10 completed responses.

A zero count means no matching ledger evidence was found; it does not mean instant service or perfect performance. Historical activity from before this ledger is not reconstructed or counted.
When the target is missed
One warning. No hidden reset.
The affected seller receives one account notice and one retry-safe verified-address email job. The operator queue shows the missed commitment. The original target remains immutable, the listing stays private, and no overdue process can approve, reject, publish, or alter evidence.
What the clock does not prove
It does not prove specialist staffing, email inbox delivery, seller satisfaction, listing quality, authenticity, appraisal, publication, sale, delivery, payout, or marketplace liquidity. Those require their own evidence.
