    Present it properly

    The seller records maker, model, condition, history, price, shipping, and detailed photography.

  2. 02

    Specialist review

    We assess completeness, condition detail, marketplace fit, and the evidence a buyer needs before publication.

  3. 03

    Decide with context

    The buyer can compare, ask questions, follow the seller, save the listing, or make a bounded offer.

  4. 04

    Checkout through Shopify

    Payment and order creation happen through the connected Shopify checkout. Off-platform payment is never protected.

  5. 05

    Ship and inspect

    The seller adds tracking. After confirmed delivery, the buyer has 72 hours to inspect the instrument and report a material mismatch.

  6. 06

    Complete the handover

    If no dispute is opened, payout becomes eligible. Approved claims follow the documented return and refund workflow.

You set the asking price and shipping. The Exchange earns a 10% success fee only when the sale completes. A $1,000 sale means a $100 platform fee and a $900 seller amount before any separately disclosed adjustments.
